Signature's Home screen has two areas: Today's Events and Calendar. From here, you can quickly check moon age and ingress timing (which planet enters which sign, and when).
■ Today's Events
Moon age
The Moon cycles through New Moon → First Quarter → Full Moon → Last Quarter → New Moon. The lunar cycle is about 29.5 days, and moon age helps you understand where you are in that cycle.
- 0 → New Moon
- Around 7 → First Quarter
- Around 15 → Full Moon
- Around 22 → Last Quarter
Moon age starts at 0 on New Moon, then increases by roughly 1 each day, and returns to 0 after about 29.5 days.
Ingress
Ingress means a planet enters the next sign. This section tells you what time and which planet enters which sign today. If no ingress occurs, it displays a message saying there is no planetary ingress.
■ Calendar
The date cells include planet/sign marks for ingress days, so you can instantly see which planet ingresses on which date.
You can also open a horoscope directly by tapping the calendar, making chart overview checks very fast.
- ★ Tapping a date:
opens the 00:00 horoscope.
- ★ Tapping a planet/sign icon:
opens the chart at the exact ingress moment.
This is also useful for seasonal charts (moments when the Sun enters cardinal signs), which you can open with one tap.
[2] Check New/Full Moon timing in the ephemeris
The ephemeris is available inside Lab.
Opening the ephemeris shows a one-month planetary movement table. New/Full Moon timing is listed in the lower-left area.
You can also tap a date to open the lunar phase chart.
New and Full Moons are important not only in astrology communities but for many people in general. As an astrologer, knowing the exact timing is essential. Signature helps you check those timings quickly and accurately.
